Philip M. Livingston joined Goldbelt, Inc. in June 2015 as its General Counsel. In this role, Mr. Livingston is a part of the Executive Management Team. He is responsible for providing legal advice and overseeing outside legal counsel in order to ensure compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations.

Prior to joining Goldbelt, Mr. Livingston held the same position at Copper River Information Technology, LLC, which is a subsidiary of the Native Village of Eyak (NVE). Mr. Livingston’s background includes experience in the areas of federal, state and local procurement law, small business regulations, civil litigation, equipment finance, corporate law, administrative law, and commercial law.

Mr. Livingston holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Carleton College (1996) and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University (2001). He has been a member of the Virginia Bar Association since 2001 and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.  He is based out of the Goldbelt offices in Herndon, Virginia.
