Select/click the appropriate category
for your RFQ ("Consumables
/ Supplies" or "Equipment").
Most Consumables/Supplies and
Equipment items are easily identifiable.
For clarification, please note
that repair/spare parts and extended
warranties for equipment as well
as software should be entered
under the Equipment Category.
If for any reason you are unclear
of the appropriate category, please
contact us by phone or e-mail.

The
appropriate RFQ Form will appear
on the screen for you to complete.
Enter organization name (include
dept or division), your name,
address, email address, phone,
and fax numbers.

Enter
the item name, manufacturer, manufacturer's
part number, quantity, and unit
of measure for each item or the
primary item (s).
To add additional details regarding
your requirement such as product
information or accessories, click
"For Added Description/Attachments"
link, which is located just below
each line item entry block OR,
manually scroll down to bottom
of page and click BROWSE. You
can then attach your relative
document (s).
Enter FOB point requested (Destination
[shipping cost included in item
price] and shipping information.)

on Submit RFQ at bottom, of page.
You will then be presented with
an RFQ confirmation page that
contains your Tracking Number. |

| This
confirmation number will be emailed
to you in the email provided as
an acknowledgement from us. |

| You
will receive a quote back by email
or fax within 48 - 72 hours referencing
a Quote/Tracking Number that will
remain the same for the life of
the order. |

| We
will acknowledge receipt of your
RFQ via e-mail (if that information
is provided) or in the manner
in which the RFQ was provided
to us. Acknowledgement will include
details of your requirement along
with a Quote/Tracking Number.
RFQs submitted before 4:00 PM
business days will receive an
acknowledgement within 4 hours
of receipt. RFQs submitted after
4:00 PM business days will receive
an acknowledgement no later than
12:00 Noon the next business day. |

| You
will receive a quote back by email
or fax within 48 - 72 hours referencing
a Quote/Tracking Number that will
remain the same for the life of
the order. |

| All
quotes other than those for equipment
requirements shall be provided
to the requestor by 4:00 PM EST
of the second day from the time
the government's request for quote
is submitted. A quote is considered
to be "received" on
the current day if it is submitted
to us by 2:00 EST. A two (2) contiguous
working day period, excluding
weekends and federal holidays,
shall be permitted for development
and submission of price quotes
in response to government requests
for quotes. |

A Price Analysis is required
for all USAMRIID equipment
quotes over $2,500 and as
requested by other Government
agencies. This documentation
shall be provided within
5 business days from RFQ
submission and request from
non-USAMRIID customer. |
