Introduction |

Goldbelt
Raven, LLC (Prime Contractor) shall
deliver efficient, innovative and cost-effective
acquisition of medical, research, dental,
veterinary, and support equipment for
USAMRIID and other Federal facilities.
Equipment, parts, maintenance and consumables
are available via this contract.

Items
that can be purchased under this contract
include medical, research, and laboratory
equipment, allied health and other logistical
support equipment, supplies for this
type of equipment, parts for this type
of equipment, preventive maintenance
and remedial repairs for this type of
equipment, and general office supplies
for medical, research, and laboratory
settings. For a more comprehensive listing
of products that may be ordered via
ARMEC, see Product Categories Goldbelt Raven,
LLC shall provide for acceptance of
trade-ins when applicable and in accordance
with the OEM/vendor policies. Ancillary
services in support of such equipment
provision include OEM Warranties with
single point of contact for problem
resolution. Goldbelt Raven, LLC shall
handle all issues between users and
manufacturers during warranty periods.
Equipment purchases include maintenance
service agreements for equipment purchased
under this contract. |

If
you are not an USAMRIID / MRMC Customer
please go to section

Goldbelt
Raven, LLC shall accept orders and payments
only from designated Ordering Officers
at the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute
for Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) via
the Government credit card (VISA) for
orders up to $25,000.00. Orders exceeding
$25,000.00 will not be issued under
this contract for USAMRIID/MRMC. This
limitation does not apply to other DOD
customers or Civilian agencies. Please
see section 4.0
for "Non-USAMRIID/MRMC orders"
for more details.

There
will be a credit card transaction fee
of 2.15% added to each USAMRIID/MRMC
quote. The quote total will be inclusive
of this fee. USAMRIID orders will also
have an additional fee of 2.15%, which
will cover acquisition reporting and
post sale support required by Logistics.
Any other government agency that desires
similar reporting and support will also
have this additional fee assessed.

Individual
orders will be issued as Firm Fixed
Price orders in accordance with the
Statement of Work. Maximum Price for
all USAMRIID/MRMC delivery orders for
the base performance period is the Not
to Exceed amount of $14,000,000.00 for
total of items ordered + 2.15% of USAMRIID's
total order value as fixed price to
meet all the requirements of the Statement
of Work, inclusive of acquisition reporting
and post-sale support, + the additional
2.15% of order value as fixed credit
card transaction fee. |

FOR Non-USAMRIID/MRMC ORDERS |
| |
Other
Federal agencies may issue orders under
this contract subject to their own ordering
and purchasing provisions and authorization
authority. Other agencies may issue
orders under this contract (including
orders exceeding $25,000.00) subject
to all agency regulatory requirements
for competitive procurements.

The
payment office information for these
actions will be addressed on each individual
delivery order. |

ALL ORDERS |
| |
PLEASE
NOTE: The 2.15% transaction fee will
be applied only to those orders that
will be paid by Government credit card.
All USAMRIID orders will be placed via
the Government credit card. Payment
terms for other than credit card purchases
will be Net 30 unless otherwise specified
in the delivery order. |

(USAMRAA) is the contracting element
of the U.S. Army Medical Research and
Materiel Command (USAMRMC)
and provides support to the Command
headquarters and its worldwide network
of laboratories and medical logistics
organizations. USAMRAA also supports
the Fort Detrick Garrison and its military
tenant activities, Army-wide projects
sponsored by the Army Surgeon General,
and numerous Congressionally mandated
programs. |
